1 medium jalapeño, chopped (scant 1/2 cup)
6 ounces agave nectar

Preparation

  1. In a small pot, bring 3 ounces of water and jalapeño (including seeds) to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to steep 5 minutes. Strain and add agave. Stir to combine and let cool.
