Ingredients

1/2 cup lightly packed pitted dates, minced to paste
1/2 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons dark corn syrup
4 ice cubes
1 pint coffee ice cream

Preparation

  1. Combine dates, milk and corn syrup in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, then ice cream; blend until thick and smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
