Ingredients

1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 large shallot, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
6 tablespoons grapeseed oil or olive oil

Preparation

  1. Whisk fresh orange juice, shallot, fresh lemon juice, grated orange peel and cumin in small bowl to blend. Add oil and whisk until well blended. Season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
