Passion Fruit Syrup

4.0

(4)

Ripe passion fruits look dry and very wrinkled. If you can't find them, look for frozen pulp at Latin markets.

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (from about 7 ripe passion fruits)
