1/4 pineapple (labeled "extra sweet"), peeled, cored, and cut into chunks (1 cup)
3/4 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
Garnish: pineapple wedges and orange slices

Preparation

  1. Blend pineapple, ice, orange juice, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a blender until smooth. Add milk and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
