This can be a great dish all year round, if you choose the best fruits available. The addition of mint adds a bright, refreshing flavor to the sweetness of the fruit.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups strawberries, cleaned and quartered
3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup apples, cored and cut into chunks
1 pint blackberries, cleaned
1/4 chopped finely cup mint

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cut fruit and toss. Add the fresh mint and stir gently. Serve in parfait dishes or small bowls.
