4 pounds mixed cabbages such as green, red, and Savoy, thinly sliced
3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
