2 ounces Valrhona Cara be bittersweet (66%) chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Put chocolate in a bowl. Bring cream to a boil in a small saucepan, then pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Keep warm, covered, until ready to serve.
