1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 ounces mushrooms, quartered
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, chopped

Preparation
