Brandied Cherry Cocktail

  • Ice
  • 3 ounces cooled strong brewed or cold brewed Starbucks®
  • Christmas Blend Vintage 2015
  • 1 1/2 ounces brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Luxardo Cherry syrup, plus one cherry
  • 1 small sprig Rosemary

In a cocktail shaker combine ice, coffee, brandy, Cherry Heering, orgeat, and cherry syrup. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig or Luxardo Cherry.

Spiced Coffee Eggnog

  • Ice
  • 3 ounces cream
  • 2 ounces cooled strong brewed or cold brewed Starbucks®
  • Christmas Blend Vintage 2015
  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg, plus more for garnish
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • Fresh whipped cream, for serving
  • Cinnamon stick

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine cream, coffee, bourbon, egg, sugar, Allspice Dram, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Shake vigorously for at least 1 minute then strain mixture into an Irish Coffee cup. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.

Pineapple Ginger Swizzle

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces cooled strong brewed or cold brewed Starbucks®
  • Christmas Blend Vintage 2015
  • 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 3/4 ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce Velvet Falernum
  • 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 dashes orange bitters, such as Regans
  • 1-inch piece orange peel
  • Pineapple wedge or orange peel garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Combine coffee, rum, ginger liqueur, and Falernum and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Float pineapple juice on top and add bitters. Light a match and holding it over the cocktail, squeeze the orange peel into the flame to ignite the oils. Garnish with pineapple or orange and a swizzle stick.

Coffee Negroni

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce Carpano Antica vermouth
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce cooled strong brewed or cold brewed Starbucks®
  • Christmas Blend Vintage 2015
  • 1 1/2 ounces club soda
  • Wide orange peel or orange slice

In a cocktail shaker combine ice, gin, vermouth, and Campari. Stir to combine and chill. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with coffee and soda. Garnish with orange peel or slice.
