One 20-ounce can unsweetened pineapple chunks, well drained
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 large mango, pitted, peeled, and diced
1 medium papaya, pitted, peeled, and diced, or 1 large banana, sliced
One 8-ounce container lemon or lime low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt

Preparation

    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together.
